Do you have patches still in there bags? Don't have a sewing machine? Lack the knowledge of sewing? Or just have sore fingers from all the sewing. Cathy Taylor will save you. Pack Family Campout


OCT 17th, 2009


2pm Stuckmeyer Pumpkin Picking (we will be getting on the wagon at this time, so please show up a few minutes earlier. You will be responsible for picking out and paying for your own pumpkins.)

3:30pm Set Up Camp

4pm Pack Meeting/Bridge Breaking by the Jr. and Sr. Webelos

5:30pm Start Supper--Pumpkin Carving and Contest

6:30pm Eat

7pm Flag Burning by the Jr and Sr Webelos

8pm Movie-Down and Derby

10pm Swimming

11:30pm Lights out

AM: Bring your own breakfast

**This event will be held rain or shine!! After 10pm you are able to sleep in the Gym if you feel the weather is not to your liking. You will need to bring your own tent, sleeping bags, extra clothes, etc. You may want to bring your own snacks, beverages, and breakfast. The Pack will be suppling Hot dogs and Hamburgers with Chips for Supper. If you are not able to make it to Stuckmeyers to get a pumpkin feel free to bring your owe to the campout. You will need to bring carving tools to cut the pumkin as well (this would include bringing light for inside the pumpkin).

Looking for something to do this weekend?

Why not check this out: Aug 14-16: The 17th Annual Gem, Mineral, Jewelry, and Fossil Show: The Greater St. Louis Association of Earth Science Clubs presents its 17th annual show at the Machinist's Auditorium at 12365 St. Charles Rock Road in Bridgeton. This year's theme is "Treasurers of the Earth." The show includes exhibits, working demonstrations, and retail booths. Food and beverage are provided; parking is free. Children under 6, as well as Scouts, are always admitted free. Show hours are Friday, 4-9 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. - 6 p.m., and Sunday 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. For more information, call Willis Smith at 314-521-8896.

Homecoming Parade

Scott Air Force Base Camp In




If you are planning to attend the Camp In at Scott Air Force Base On Aug 8-9th, we will need your information before you can attend. Please RSVP to Angie Broske at pbroske@charter.net. Reminders

I just wanted to remind all of you that I need RSVPs for the Ice Skating, Theater Tour, and Wartburg Swimming. Family and friends are invited to all events. We will be doing sales at Schucks this Saturday June 27th and at Walmart July 4th. If you are able to do 1-2 hrs of sales on either date please contact me and let me know. We are flexible on times. Thanks so much for your support. Selling these candy bars is going to be a great help in maintaining a affordable program.

Dad and Lad Fishing Tournament


Remember that the Dad and Lad Fishing Tournament is this Saturday at Lakeview Park starting at 8:00am. There will be several prizes handed out. We will be serving hot dogs and chips after. Adults you will need to have a current fishing license. The fee is $5.00/scout, adults are fee.

Upcoming Events

May 18th-Join the Webelos for a walk around the Lakeview Trial with a Forestor. They will be meeting at 6:15pm

May 24th-We will be meeting at 10:15am in the Walmart parking lot (Near the Denny's area) to head over to the Jefferson Barrick Cemetery for the Service and Flag laying. Once we get to the Cemetery will be be directed by them as to were to park. ALL Boys need to make sure they have the FULL uniform on (if you are a new scout, please contact us to let us know you would like to attend and will we get you a uniform in time).

June 6th-Grizzlie Game (deadline for payment on this is May 20th), boys will parade around the field before the game starts and recieve a patch. $4 for lawn seat/person and $8 for box seat/person.

June 6th-7th--Fun with Son at Camp Joy--To attend please contact Ryan Duffy asap at 618-334-0311.

June 13th--Hike at Lone Elk in Fenton, Cub Scout T-shirt is ok. 9am meeting at Walmart parking lot. 10am Hike.

Take Me Out to the Ball Game

I want to remind all of you that there are several deadlines fast approaching:
*All Camp Registrations and Payments due by tomorrow
*Grizzlie Games Payment and Registration deadline due May 16th (at graduation)
*Cardinals Game Payment and Registration deadline due June 1st

There can not be any exceptions on these deadlines as I will need to call the tickets in for a group of people.
